Privacy and AI use
Judge's Table is a practice site run by LD Bell DECA for its members. It helps you prepare for DECA prepared events.
You're talking to an AI
The coaching, scores and judge feedback come from Claude, an AI made by Anthropic. It is not a person and not an official DECA judge. Scores are practice estimates and can be wrong. Always check your work against the official DECA Guide and with your advisor.
What gets sent, and where
- When you ask for feedback, the text you pasted or recorded, and any slide images you added, are sent to Anthropic through the chapter's account so Claude can respond. Anthropic handles that data under its privacy policy and commercial terms.
- This site doesn't save your scripts, entries, transcripts or slides. The server passes them to Claude and keeps only basic logs, like the time and the size of a request.
- Live recording uses your browser's built-in speech recognition. Some browsers, like Chrome, send the audio to their own servers to turn it into text.
What stays on your device
Your prep plan progress, streak, drafts, score history and the chapter code are saved in your browser on your own device. Clearing your browser data erases them. Nobody else can see them.
Please don't share personal info
There are no accounts and we don't collect names. Don't type phone numbers, addresses, passwords or anything private into the boxes. Business details for your DECA project are fine.
Who this is for
This site is for high school DECA members at LD Bell. It isn't meant for children under 13.
Questions
Talk to your chapter advisor or chapter officers.
Chapter officers: have your advisor read this page before you share the site, and update it if your school has its own rules for student data.
